Before you write
Answers to the questions we're asked most often:
- Where do I find my access code? In your space (My space), with your tickets: each ticket has its own code, to enter on the “Join the live” page. The room opens 1 hour before the live show. A problem? Write to us with your order number.
- I want to cancel. Full refund up to 48 hours before the live show, from your space (My space) or by writing to contact@ikolive.com.
- I'd like to suggest a personality. Tell us who on the suggest a personality page, and we'll reach out. If you're a personality yourself, head to the talent page.
