Terms
of Sale
IKO LIVE is a service of IKO GROUP LLC. These Terms explain what you are buying, how a live show works, what happens if you can't attend, and what we expect from everyone on air.
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. Who is selling to you
IKO LIVE services are sold and operated by IKO GROUP LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its principal office at 7901 4th St N, STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA (“IKO GROUP,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
- Contact and customer service: contact@ikolive.com · Phone: +1 (561) 928-9192
- Registration: Florida company, Document Number L26000427761 (Florida Division of Corporations)
- IKO LIVE is a brand of IKO GROUP. The IKO LIVE site, available in seven languages, is operated by IKO GROUP from the United States and accessible worldwide.
2. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) apply to every order placed on the IKO LIVE website and platform by an individual acting for personal purposes (the “Customer”). They cover:
- IKO LIVE Events: live evening shows with one or more Personalities (in the formats announced on each Event's page).
- IKO LIVE Private: private, 8-minute one-on-one video meetings with a Personality (“1-on-1s”).
- IKO LIVE Experience: coming soon. Its specific terms will be published when it launches.
The Customer accepts these Terms by checking the box provided before payment. The Terms that apply are those in effect on the date of the order; they are available at any time and may be saved or printed.
3. Definitions
- Platform: IKO LIVE's own streaming space, accessible from a web browser, with no third-party video-conferencing software.
- Personality: the artist, actor, creator or any other guest appearing at an Event or in a 1-on-1.
- Event: a live show held on a set date and at a set time, led by a host.
- Ticket: the right to attend an Event, issued in the holder's name, in the Stands or in the Front Row.
- One-on-one: the private, 8-minute video meeting between a Customer and the Personality, after the group live show (also called a 1-on-1 or IKO LIVE Private).
- Front Row rate: the preferential price of the one-on-one reserved for holders of a Front Row Ticket for the same Event.
- Appointment one-on-one (“1 & 1”): the private 8-minute video meeting with a personality, booked directly on a slot of their calendar, with no link to an evening.
4. Orders and minimum age
IKO LIVE services are available only to individuals aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in their country of residence, if higher). The Customer confirms this when placing an order. IKO GROUP will promptly cancel any order placed by a minor.
To place an order, the Customer selects an Event, a Ticket or a slot, reviews the order summary (price, date, Paris time, options), enters their details, accepts these Terms and then confirms the order. The contract is formed when the order is confirmed. The Tickets and their codes are immediately available in the Customer's space, from which the Customer then writes their introduction (280 characters maximum).
Tickets are issued in the Customer's name, are limited to 4 per person per Event, and may not be transferred, assigned or resold. A 1-on-1 is for one person only. IKO GROUP may refuse or cancel an order in the event of fraud, detected resale or a prior payment dispute.
5. What we offer
- Stands: access to the group live show, with the camera turned on or off freely, and subtitles translated into the chosen language. The Customer may send a written question to the host; if the host selects it, it is shown on screen and may be read out on air. Speaking on the microphone is reserved for the Front Row.
- Front Row: everything included in the Stands, plus a guaranteed moment to speak out loud during the live show, prepared with the host, who remains in control of the running order; the right to speak on the microphone, reserved for the Front Row; the Customer's camera featured during their moment to speak, with their name and, if they wish, their social media handles displayed in the IKO LIVE on-air graphics; and access to the one-on-one at the Front Row rate. The number of Front Row seats is set for each Event.
- One-on-one (IKO LIVE Private): 8 minutes of private video time with the Personality, after and separately from the group live show, at the time booked. A virtual photo or digital autograph, depending on what the Personality agrees to. Subtitles are translated live in both directions. The number of slots is set for each Event.
Each Event hosts a maximum of 50 participants; the split between Stands and Front Row is shown on its page. The announced length and running order are approximate: the host may adjust them during the live show. Concerts (the “Concert” format) are an exception: the number of spectators is shown on the concert's page (it may exceed 50), spectators have no camera (they listen, clap and vote for questions), and only Front Row spectators may speak, during the Q&A.
Appointment one-on-one (1 & 1): the Customer picks a personality, then a day and time among the slots they offer, and pays. The call room opens 10 minutes before the appointment. The call lasts 8 minutes, with live translated subtitles, and is not recorded unless the Customer ticks the recording option offered with some personalities when booking (see the privacy policy). The slots and their price are shown on the personality's page before the order.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown and charged in euros (€). Where the laws of the Customer's country so require, prices include applicable taxes; otherwise, any applicable taxes are shown in the order summary before payment. No hidden fees are added. If the Customer's card is issued in another currency, the conversion is made by the card issuer, at the rate and with the fees it applies, at the Customer's expense.
There is no single price list: prices for the Stands, the Front Row and the one-on-one are set for each Event and shown on its page before ordering.
Front Row rate: each Front Row seat booked for an Event entitles the Customer to one one-on-one at the same Event at the preferential rate shown on its page. Any other one-on-ones are charged at the regular price.
Payment is due at the time of order, by credit or debit card or by any other method offered, through a secure payment provider. IKO GROUP does not store any card information.
Appointment one-on-ones are shown and charged in US dollars (USD, $); the other provisions of this article apply. Any conversion is made by the card issuer, on the terms it applies.
7. How an Event works
Each Ticket carries a personal access code, available in the Customer's space as soon as the order is placed. It must not be shared. The waiting room opens one hour before the start, with a camera, microphone and connection test.
- Questions during the live show: there is no public chat between participants. Speaking on the microphone is reserved for the Front Row: each Front Row Customer has a guaranteed moment to speak out loud, in the order set by the host, who brings them on screen; they may then ask to speak again from the Platform, with no guarantee of airtime. Any Customer, in the Stands or in the Front Row, may send a short written question, seen only by the host. The host freely chooses which questions to use; a selected question may be shown on screen with the Customer's first name and city, and read out on air. Sending a written question does not guarantee that it will be selected.
- Live translated subtitles: speech is automatically transcribed and translated into the language chosen by each viewer, and a participant's question is translated for the Personality. These subtitles are provided as an aid to understanding; they may contain inaccuracies and are not authoritative. Their text is kept for 30 days, as described in the privacy policy.
- Camera: in both the Stands and the Front Row, the Customer turns their camera on or off freely. When it is on, other participants can see them during the live show.
- Name and social media on screen: in the Front Row, the Customer chooses from their account what is displayed during their moment to speak (first name or full name, social media handles). This display is optional and subject to prior approval by IKO GROUP, which may refuse any inappropriate, promotional or misleading content. No follower counts or links are displayed, and the display can be turned off at any time.
8. Your image and voice
Turning on their camera and speaking are always the Customer's choice. When the Customer speaks on screen, the Customer agrees that their image, their voice and the name and social media handles they have chosen to display may be broadcast live to the Event's participants. The Customer is informed of this and confirms it when ordering. This broadcast is necessary to provide the service and is not used for any other purpose. The one-on-one is neither broadcast nor video-recorded, except for the optional recording of an appointment one-on-one described above.
Promotional use: the Customer decides, yes or no. When ordering or from their account, the Customer indicates whether they authorize IKO GROUP to use, free of charge, clips in which they appear to promote IKO LIVE (website, social media, advertising). If the Customer does not answer, the answer is no. The Customer may withdraw this authorization at any time by writing to contact@ikolive.com; their clips will then no longer be used in any new publication.
9. Live only
Events and one-on-ones take place live only. At this time, IKO LIVE does not offer replays and does not video-record live shows or evening one-on-ones; the only exception is the optional recording of an appointment one-on-one, described above. Should a replay ever be offered, its terms will be stated on the Event page before ordering.
10. Right of withdrawal
Where the law of the Customer's country of residence provides a right of withdrawal for distance purchases (for example, in the European Union or the United Kingdom), that right does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date, such as Events and 1-on-1s. The cancellation policy in Section 11 applies instead.
11. Cancellation by the Customer
- Full refund up to 48 hours before the Event starts, from their space (“My space”) or by writing to contact@ikolive.com.
- After that deadline, the order is no longer refundable.
- If the Customer cancels the last Front Row seat that entitled them to the Front Row rate while keeping their one-on-one, the amount refunded for that seat is reduced by the discount obtained on the one-on-one, which remains valid.
- A one-on-one missed for reasons attributable to the Customer will be neither refunded nor rescheduled.
Appointment one-on-one: full refund up to 48 hours before the appointment time, from “My account” (“My appointments”). A booking made less than 48 hours before the appointment time cannot be cancelled; the Customer is warned before paying. An appointment missed by the Customer is neither refunded nor rescheduled.
12. Cancellation or rescheduling by IKO GROUP
If an Event or a 1-on-1 is canceled or rescheduled by IKO GROUP or by the Personality, for any reason, the Customer will be notified and may choose either a full refund, issued within 14 days, or the transfer of their order to the new date or to another Event. If the announced Personality is replaced, the Customer may request a refund on the same terms.
Appointment one-on-one: if the personality cancels the appointment, the Customer is refunded in full, automatically. If the personality proposes another time, the Customer has 48 hours to accept it; with no answer, or if they decline, they are refunded in full, automatically. If the personality is not present at the appointment time while the Customer is, the Customer is refunded in full, automatically, at the end of the slot.
13. Code of conduct and moderation
Events and one-on-ones are welcoming, respectful spaces reserved for adults. Every participant (fan, Personality, host) agrees to follow these rules on screen, on the microphone, in written questions and in everything they display (name, photo, handle, introduction).
The following are prohibited:
- nudity, sexual content or gestures, and any sexual solicitation;
- harassment, threats, insults and intimidation, towards the Personality, the host or another participant;
- hateful or discriminatory remarks, gestures or symbols (origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.);
- violence, glorification of violence and shocking content;
- any content involving or endangering a minor, and the presence of a minor on screen;
- any illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others (privacy, image rights, copyright);
- spam, advertising, commercial solicitation and impersonation;
- any capture, recording or rebroadcast of a live show or a one-on-one without the consent of the people concerned (memories created by IKO LIVE for your personal use are allowed);
- sharing a ticket's access code.
Reporting and blocking: during a live show or a one-on-one, any participant can report another participant from the Platform, or by writing to contact@ikolive.com, and block them so they no longer see or hear them. The IKO LIVE team reviews every report.
Moderation: the host and the IKO LIVE team may at any time mute a participant's microphone or turn off their camera, take them off screen, remove them from the Event and end the live show. In a one-on-one, the Personality can also turn off the fan's camera or remove them from the call. IKO GROUP may suspend or ban the account of a participant who breaks these rules: a banned account can no longer buy tickets or enter a room.
Consequences: a participant removed from an Event or a one-on-one for breaking these rules is not refunded and may not come back. If an account is permanently banned, its tickets for upcoming Events are cancelled and refunded automatically, except in the case of fraud or abuse; tickets for past Events remain unchanged. Illegal content, in particular content involving a minor, may be reported to the competent authorities.
14. Technical requirements
The Platform runs in an up-to-date web browser on a computer, tablet or phone, with a stable internet connection. A camera and microphone are required to go on screen and for a 1-on-1. IKO GROUP is not responsible for issues related to the Customer's equipment or connection; the waiting-room test helps detect them before the live show.
15. Intellectual property
The IKO LIVE brand, the Platform, the on-air graphics, the text and the Event content are owned by IKO GROUP or its partners. A purchase grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of access, limited to private, non-commercial use.
16. Limitation of liability
IKO GROUP uses all reasonable efforts to ensure the quality and continuity of its live shows. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IKO GROUP's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned, and IKO GROUP is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Personalities speak on their own behalf; their statements do not bind IKO GROUP.
17. Personal data
IKO GROUP processes the Customer's data to fulfill their order and operate the live shows, as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
18. Complaints
Any complaint may be sent to contact@ikolive.com. We respond within 7 business days and always seek an amicable resolution first.
19. Governing law and language
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Pinellas County, Florida. If the Customer is a consumer residing outside the United States, the Customer retains the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence, including, where those laws so provide, the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
These Terms are available in English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Japanese and Portuguese. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the English version prevails, subject to the Customer's mandatory consumer rights.
20. Changes to these Terms
IKO GROUP may amend these Terms at any time. The amended Terms apply to orders placed after they are posted online; each order remains governed by the Terms accepted at the time of purchase.
